    Good service poor product

    1/5
Fantastic service on both the suppler and the manufacturer’s but unfortunately the product is rubbish Noisy is a understatement!!

    Big and spacious inside

    3/5
I have only given 3 stars as haven't used it yet (as still in the process of installing kitchen), but ao wanted me to leave a review and I was informed that this was my last chance to do so. So, unfortunately I cannot comment on how it works or anything, but inside it looks nice and big. I registered the warranty online and the same day someone from Candy phoned me up asking if I'd like to take out extra warranty (they're very keen)!

    Fairly low-quality

Had we seen this unit in a shop we would not have bought it.

Good sized fridge. Cools well. Good value for money.

    Great fridge

    4/5
Excellent fridge, lots of space. One small downside is the salad / vegetable drawers pull out completely and you have to be careful not to drop them on the floor.

Good fridge, terrific service, short flex!

    4/5
Excellent fridge, and excellent service from ao, as ever. The only markdown is because the flex was so short we had to attach an extension cable. An integrated appliance should have a nice long flex, because it needs to be plugged in, then inserted into the casing. It meant the delivery guys couldn't install it and there was a delay therefore in getting the fridge up and running. NOT an ao problem, but maybe ao could influence the manufacturers. The delivery guys said short flexes are a trend!

Door drawers flimsy - everything else good

    4/5
The door drawers are flimsy (that's why I gave it 4 stars), but the main shelves are ok. All the rest is 5-star. It's a nice big fridge - plenty space for even a big family. It is well lit & the temperature control is simple but sufficient. This fridge is integrated into a standard kitchen cupboard. The unit comes with the sliders to attach to the external door which is good. I found these the most time consuming part to instal. Double check that the fridge fits into your cupboard. Needs a bit of space at the back for ventilation but that's the same for all integrated fridges.

    Space is best feature

    4/5
The back light is a bit dull compared to the last one. Best feature is definitely the space. We had to change door hinge to the other side which was a bit of a faff as the seal wasn’t aligned properly but managed on the end
