Initially we were quite pleased with the oven and for a good year it performed very well. After 18 months or so it started to fall apart though, plastic knobs and springs broke, glass in main door fell out and both oven seals started to come off and finally second oven heating element packed up. Won't be purchasing any Leisure products again (spend a bit more and get a better quality one)!

Have had nothing but trouble since we bought our oven, it was repaired 5 times and is still faulty, we had a replacement delivered with the same faults. Have now asked for my money back.

Overall very pleased with the look and quality of the oven. My old roasting tins etc don't fit in to either oven and a it's a bit noisy when everthing turned off, if you eat in the kitchen as we do, but apart from that it's a pleasure to cook on. However, the attitude of the delivery men was appalling and unhelpful and it was obvious that they weren't prepared to bring the oven into the house and made pathetic excuses. My husband and son brought the oven into the kitchen in 5 minutes - no problem.

I bought this cooker for my mum to replace her ancient John Lewis (Smeg-built) model, which had finally given up the ghost after years of dedicated service (RIP, old friend). She’s absolutely thrilled with her shiny new upgrade, and I have to admit, it’s a solid piece of kit—sturdy, well-built, and unlikely to wobble at the mere sight of a soufflé. Best of all, it looks much easier to clean, meaning I might actually visit without being roped into a deep-cleaning session. Mum’s already put it to the ultimate test: cake. And I’m happy to report that thanks to its spot-on temperature control, there wasn’t a single soggy bottom in sight. Mary Berry would be proud!

We love the two fan assisted ovens which is what we have been looking for the past two months. The grill is good but as advised the door must stay open. Not sure about the inside off the door panel on the larger oven. It seams to have a thin layer of glass which i have noticed cracking to where the screws fix to the door handles. I may be wrong but it seems like it’s cracking like a glass screen would crack. Will keep an eye on this as if it is cracking then i would see this as a design floor. Would advise to add extra insurance for piece off mind. Also there are no rubbers feet on the underside of the pan supports. Think this will end up scratching the surface of the stove top. Again will keep my eye on this. Apart from these possible floors it’s a very good cooker

Absolutely stunning and really sturdy. I can tell this will last for years. Can't wait to use it more.

Great cooker, would definitely recommend for anyone who likes to cook-bake. 3 ovens , 5 rings, what more does anyone need and also looks great
