Delivered spot on time and communication was excellent. Cooker is still in its packaging as we are awaiting installation of the new kitchen packaging is intact andbthe cooker has a reasuring weight to it. Cant fault it so far.

Had this 3 years and after being fixed twice under warranty it has now gone wrong for the 4th time in the week before having everyone round for Christmas. Each time something different and trips the whole house electrics. One time I looked inside with the repair man and a loose wire had melted through on a hot part of the oven frame causing a short. Pretty dangerous. Not impressed after paying so much for a range cooker. If you buy then make sure you have good repair man locally like the one we have whom we now are on first name terms with! Wish we'd bought a different one now but stuck with it as it was an investment in the first place. Not AOs fault as they were great during warranty period. Nice when it works.

This range looks beautiful but it's so unreliable. All was fine until the 13th month when the heating element stopped working, leisure wouldn't help us with this as it was (literally 2 days) out of warranty. We had an electrician come out and replace it for us and in the 2 years since then we've replaced it in the main oven a further 3 times, we use our oven every day so I would have expected to replace it but 4 times in 3 years? Ridiculous. Leisure actually were very rude and unaccommodating when we spoke to them about it repeatedly breaking. Aesthetic wise the oven hasn't held up very well either. Severe rusting around the corners and paint peeling off. The coating on the handles has melted and looks ugly. We clean it regularly and get it professionally cleaned every year but leisure said that these issues were due to our poor maintenance, without asking for pictures or seeing the cooker. Must be quite an expert. I would not recommend this cooker or any appliance from leisure although AO were very good.

Love the cooker, looks very stylist, and comes with so many oven shelves.

4 days before Christmas my old range oven broke down. The new one was delivered within 24 hours and installed. I hadn't had a chance to research my new range really but I'm pleased to say I am utterly thrilled with it. The gas hob is easy to clean, easy to use and with 5 burners, I have many options with my pans. The central burner is a beast!! I've not used the grill, and probably won't, it will be used for storage. The bottom left oven is a good size and my extra large Turkey cooked beautifully on Christmas day. What I really really LOVE about this range is the tower oven on the right. Although it is ever so slightly narrower than the other oven (I'm really trying to split hairs here) it has plenty of shelves I can roast so many different things at once. I keep opening it and showing everyone who comes to visit. I've become an oven bore!!! All in all I am so pleased with the performance and the looks of my new range, plus I feel it is running more economically than my old range, I'm also smart meter obsessed ?? Would absolutely 100% recommend this range

Really nice cooler, looks good quality with matt finish. Good variety of gas hobs and heat zones allowing for easy cooking. The twin ovens are really useful when cooking for a large family. So far I am pleased with the purchase

The product itself is great, however had a few issues prior to install. Firstly the splashback panel had been damaged, so waiting on manufacturer to respond and replace it. Secondly there was a delay in the manufacturer sending it the LPG jet conversion kit which meant I had to postpone installation by a week. Thirdly, the oven doesn't come with the gas connection hose and there is no mention of this when ordering, so only find out that I needed one when the installation engineer arrived and had to drive a 2hr round trip to get one. Have used the oven a couple of times, so far so good, but still early days
