This range looks beautiful but it's so unreliable. All was fine until the 13th month when the heating element stopped working, leisure wouldn't help us with this as it was (literally 2 days) out of warranty. We had an electrician come out and replace it for us and in the 2 years since then we've replaced it in the main oven a further 3 times, we use our oven every day so I would have expected to replace it but 4 times in 3 years? Ridiculous. Leisure actually were very rude and unaccommodating when we spoke to them about it repeatedly breaking. Aesthetic wise the oven hasn't held up very well either. Severe rusting around the corners and paint peeling off. The coating on the handles has melted and looks ugly. We clean it regularly and get it professionally cleaned every year but leisure said that these issues were due to our poor maintenance, without asking for pictures or seeing the cooker. Must be quite an expert. I would not recommend this cooker or any appliance from leisure although AO were very good.

Really good value for money I am a single person and find the smaller ovens very useful It looks good and does everything it is supposed to I very happy with it Thank you

This cooker performs well overall, I especially love the separate grill. The burners are a little bit on the noisy side when turned on full but I'm sure I'll get used to that. Both ovens heat up quickly and cooking times seem to match instructions given on recipes. A quick wipe down after use is all that's been needed up to now to keep it clean. The reason I have only given a 4 star rating overall is because of the oven controls. May seem a bit petty but there is no marker on the knobs (which are quite wide) to match up with the temperature decals on the front of the cooker. This makes it difficult to be totally accurate with temperatures when it's needed e.g. For baking cakes. Other than that I am, up to now, impressed with this cooker!

I picked this cooker in a hurry right before xmas as the aga I wanted couldn't be installed. It's the best selection I could have made. Baking trays slide in on top of the runners of the oven on the right hand side so you can cook six things simultaneously. Meanwhile you have the left oven to do the chicken/turkey. All round cooks evenly. As you would expect the gas job is great for control and the wok burner is brilliant. I'm not a cook or fan of cooking but this has converted me! I even asked for pans for xmas. Well done an excellent design and a beautiful cooker.

Initially we were quite pleased with the oven and for a good year it performed very well. After 18 months or so it started to fall apart though, plastic knobs and springs broke, glass in main door fell out and both oven seals started to come off and finally second oven heating element packed up. Won't be purchasing any Leisure products again (spend a bit more and get a better quality one)!

Have had nothing but trouble since we bought our oven, it was repaired 5 times and is still faulty, we had a replacement delivered with the same faults. Have now asked for my money back.

cant believe the price of this range cooker. Looked everywhere couldn`t find one to come close.

Overall very pleased with the look and quality of the oven. My old roasting tins etc don't fit in to either oven and a it's a bit noisy when everthing turned off, if you eat in the kitchen as we do, but apart from that it's a pleasure to cook on. However, the attitude of the delivery men was appalling and unhelpful and it was obvious that they weren't prepared to bring the oven into the house and made pathetic excuses. My husband and son brought the oven into the kitchen in 5 minutes - no problem.
