    Repairs difficult to obtain

I love this cooker, BUT...bought July 2020, and lower LH oven stopped working in July 2021 and I cannot get a reply from Leisure to get it fixed!!!! dreadful customer service.

Nice quality but it doesn't work in a 90cm space.

This cooker looks great and the hob works well and feels good quality. My only annoyance is that the tall oven door opens to the side, which should be fine, except that it won't open within the space of 90cm (which the installation manual states is the amount of space it needs) which has meant it has to stick out forwards and there is a gap at the back. I feel they should have been able to make a hinge that would avoid this.

    Disappointing

    3/5
Looks very nice. However the dials are very chunky and no arrow on dial to line up with temperature on the front panel exactly so temperature is a bit of guess work. My old combination oven and grill dial had separate oven temperature and grill numbers marked on it but this one just has temperatures. You have to guess the temperature of your toast. Very annoying fan than continues to run when you finish cooking. I understand it running when grilling to cool dials but not when you finish and have sat to eat you have running within ear shot. It emits a lot of steam from the vents when cooking and the selves are curved up making it difficult to lift trays out. The central pan support is extremely heavy. The grill Handle is crude looking and chunky and the manual is very unclear. It tells you to turn the grill To 5 to heat up and then turn back to desired number when there isn’t a number 5 on it, just temperatures. I’m Not overly impressed with it.

    New range

Good range but with an unnecessary need to hold the ignition button to maintain the burner initially. Large oven too small

Love the 3 ovens . Very efficient when you only need to warm something small. The layout of the rings are ideal for several sized pans. Very attractive cooker Lots of space and plenty of shelves included. Only four and a half stars though as I think the dials could be better, not as well made as the rest of the cooker. One tip Make sure you leave enough space either side to ensure you can open the doors to the maximum.

Does everything a cooker needs to

    4/5
Lots of cooking space and simple to use. Need to make sure the grill is up to temperature before use as it is a fan grill and we haven't had one before. Other than that it cooks everything evenly and works fine. The dials that you turn to switch it on are a little bit cheap to the touch but for the price it is a good oven.
