Great Product, Looks great and works well too.

Elegant item, easy to fit, clear and plain instructions and great to use, only wish the lighting was dimmable, as a little bright, but does a good job otherwise, and AO service is great.

A few things to note : 1) the sleeve/section that attaches itself to the ceiling is NOT stainless steel colored it is white 2) the device’s lights cannot dim - it’s either on or off and they are quite bright. The remote and instruction says it can dim, but it cannot. If you can live with the above, it is a good product and value for money. AO.Com’s service is brilliant

Performance is poor

Clears cooking smells quickly and looks good; sleek and modern. Remote is great.

Very good looking in our kitchen, remote control is nice and the fact it's magnetic is pretty cool. in operation it's a little loud but you should expect this for a recirculating model. The downlight LEDs are very bright and should really be dimmable (it's a plus feature). so far so good right... This is where it goes downhill. I received my unit in late June, it was installed in early July and by mid October it has stopped working. The customer support from Elica is atrocious, you cannot engage with the support provider other than by leaving messages either via email or their contact portal which really isn't good enough as there is no response.

This a lovely looking extractor, at a very reasonable price. The remote control is very high quality, as is the extractor itself. If you’re unable to install an extractor flush with the ceiling, this is the perfect alternative.

Bought to replace a rather large obtrusive cooker hood and it has made such a difference giving the illusion of space as well as looking good and being efficient at clearing cooking smells. Only slight problem was that the screws provided for installation were not fit for purpose, the heads disintegrated when tightened up and had to be replaced with steel screws. Very pleased with overall effect of cooker hood.
