Absolutely amazing service and product very good and a good price.

Good suction and light enough to use comfortably. Controls straightforward and clear.

If I could give zero I would. Absolute rubbish, I returned. Couldn’t hoover thick pile rugs, it switched off every time, and as for picking up on hard flooring , it had to be on the highest speed which in turn drained the battery. Worst hoover I’ve ever had

After having a Dyson I was a bit skeptical about this but love it. Love the light on the front and also that you can switch between hard floors and carpet at the touch of a button. Quiet with a good run time.

So far so good, excellent on hard floors for our Labrador’s fine fur much better than the Dyson it replaced tbh

Initially not so sure, but after a week it is more than adequate for everyday clean up. It is a tad heavier than expected and battery life is okish. If put on boost for carpet (especially) and hard floor, it reduces significantly but realistically it still makes light work of light runaround. Easy to empty/clean and comparatively good value against other brands.
