If I could give zero I would. Absolute rubbish, I returned. Couldn’t hoover thick pile rugs, it switched off every time, and as for picking up on hard flooring , it had to be on the highest speed which in turn drained the battery. Worst hoover I’ve ever had

Honestly rubbish, heavy and awkward to use. To empty the hoover you have to pull out the dust/hair as it doesn't fall out like it should. Constantly getting wrapped hair around the brushes, even hard to open them to remove as it just gets stuck. The main head for the vacuum doesn't click on and its near off impossible to remove. Wouldn't recommend and regret buying it.

0 stars! I had to give 1 star to do a review but if I could give it 0 I would. Honestly avoid. It’s awful. Heavy and cumbersome. Awkward to use. The small pet tool is on a terrible angle which makes it impossible. Claims to be a pet vacuum but doesn’t pick up hair. Just churns it into little hairballs and ejects it out of the hoover straight back onto the carpet. I’m sure it must be faulty but no luck getting in touch with vax. They’ve ignored my enquiry. Next step will be to try AO. Wish I’d got a shark now.

Vax was faulty on arrival after several phone calls Vax agreed to accept as faulty , AOL were very helpful

Delivery was great, but the hoover itself does not have suction which is disappointing due to the price of it!

Initially not so sure, but after a week it is more than adequate for everyday clean up. It is a tad heavier than expected and battery life is okish. If put on boost for carpet (especially) and hard floor, it reduces significantly but realistically it still makes light work of light runaround. Easy to empty/clean and comparatively good value against other brands.

Heavy for a 70 year, brush on attachment for pet hair difficult to put back in. Not as powerful as I expected considering it's a series 5.

Absolutely amazing service and product very good and a good price.
