Bought to replace an earlier model Bosch Microwave with hot air as the matching oven died after 14 months. Big expense but in all honesty, it was worth it. Whilst our old appliance had similar functions (oven, grill) it was really just set up to be a microwave - the shelf was fixed, you had to press the 'start' button if you opened the door etc. This really is a compact oven with a microwave feature, and we now use it more than the main oven, which is an energy saving bonus. Might take the lifetime of the appliance to recoup the cost but it's made me feel better about the whole situation. Cooks perfectly, easy to use, multi-features. Don't hesitate.

Bought to replace a failing combination microwave oven that was about 17 years old. Very impressed with this one so far. The microwave is very efficient and warms things in about 3/4 of the time the old one did. The fan oven is impressive too, gets up to temperature really quickly. Getting the settings right can be a bit fiddly, but that’s more to do with unfamiliarity rather than an issue with the oven. It has plenty of features we haven’t even tried yet. All good so far.

Overall product is fine, but a little disappointed AO or Bosch themselves did not make it clear that this item is not plugged nor even supplied with one. I have a Electrician I can call on, and not straight forward to swap item over. Slightly higher that 13amp so needed spur to assure fuse didn't blow at some time in the future. Note to AO: If you make your customer aware of this, you are more likely to get customer take up your install offer.

I use this alot for the oven & microwave. Dial can be a bit sticky but just wet your finger & then turn it & it's fine. Easy to clean, just needs a wipe down with a bit of soapy water & maybe a scourer pad.
