Very good value for the money. Looks good and the effect of a log fire makes the too feel cosy, a great focal point. Would like to be able to adjust the flame speed to slow it down when the mood calls for it.

Though I bought this for my daughters house, I love it. Easy to fit, though if it is to fit into a recess chimney watch the measurements. Looks stylish, parts are mostly plastic but do look good. Hoping will last along time.

This fire is great very pleased with it, the hole process from start to finish was an excellent experience AO kept me up to date overall highly recommend AO and this product Steve West yorkshire

we sent it back because it was so noisy. The flame and log effect looked quite good except for the red glitter on the logs which presumably are to make a glow effect. It seemed to out put heat okay and was easy to fit ( to make it inset fit you have to unscrew the frame spacer). It works but you get what you pay for.
