First thing anyone sees in our house is a large plain red carpet that had been rolled on by our two dogs and four cats - and that is before the kids walk in the mud and dust. This Miele vacuum simply clears away the rubbish and is small enough to tuck in a corner under a sideboard. Great!

Old Miele Vacuum worked very well. Sadly needed to be replaced. New one works just as well. Same tools and equipment. Definitely a good buy. New lower powered motor sucks just like the old one. Quieter too. Can’t see any negatives with the machine.If you want a cat and dog hair vacuum this is it.

The best vacuum around the Miele cat and dog. It is so powerful the low setting is more powerful than my last hoover on max. Easy to change bags and was delivered next day.A+++

This is the second miele i have bought (first one was 15 yrs old). I love it. Amazing suction, easy to use, long pipe that makes stairs a doddle and can reach up to ceiling. I wouldnt buy another make, with a large family living on a farm and a dog it gets used at least once every day!

Our second Miele cleaner. Performance good, noise level good. Clean lines as ever. (Previous model had to be replaced after 10 years because of a faulty on/off switch).

I have had this vac for over 6 months now and I am very happy with it. It is light and easy to carry up and down stairs. The extending pole is long enough to reach all the corners in my high ceilings and makes cleaning under sofas easier. The pet head copes well with dog hairs (my border collie seems to shed her own body weight in hair each day!!). It moves well from carpet to hard floors without any fuss. If it has a fault it is that the suction is too strong for rugs - they move before it does. All in all it has been worth every penny we paid for it.
