Hobs is easy to use Currently comes with a 5 year guarantee when you register through the SMEG website. Con's: Timer ringer is pittyfull, you have to be actually in the kitchen to hear it activating. Issued manual does not cover enough detail when using the oven. The download pdf manual from the SMEG website does. Rotisory is over complicated and will probably never get used.

The product I love - easy to clean, heats up quickly. The instructions are hopeless - I managed to turn the oven on and then couldn't turn it off again and went through the instructions umpteen times - ended up watching a youtube video. Once you know how it is really simple - just the instruction booklet is hopeless.

Great range cooker, lots of functions and oven quick to heat. Cooks so much more evenly than my old range cooker. Love the extra capacity of one large oven vs one and a half layout in most 90cm range cookers. Paper copy manual is useless for program instructions but online version is much more comprehensive. Item arrived missing wok ring and with a damaged pan support but AO arranged replacements promptly.
