First freezer arrived damaged second freezer had faulty water dispenser changed brand for Hisense seems fine

This product does the job however the water tank does leak. It’s very cheap looking and is quite noisy.

Had a little leak but other than that works really well and can't complain for a first time fridge in a new house.

Fridge freezer is fine overall - however the water dispenser leaks. We rang the day after delivery to register the appliance for the guarantee and explained the issue to Beko. The consequence of this was that we were told we’d need to wait for an ‘engineer’ (its leaking from the front and is clearly an issue with the seal around where the water dispenser is - not a great deal of engineering required!) and that this would be anytime from 7am to 6pm on a given day. Availability wasn’t for a week. Having already organised being in to have the appliance delivered in the first place (cannot fault AO at all here - time slot received the night before, updated frequently in the morning and the delivery drivers also came to me quicker so I could get my daughter to gymnastics! I mean that’s just beyond exceptional customer service!) it’s frustrating as like most people we work and having a day off to wait for an engineer for an appliance that has an immediate issue seems absurd . Currently not resolved. Received on 6th April.

Very thin freezer trays and shelves not sturdy at all. Won’t be long till they break.

So far so good with this fridge. It looks good and I really like the water dispenser however the layout of the fridge could be better. You can only get 2 4-pint bottles of milk in the door. I used to be able to get 3 in my old fridge freezer which was the same size. The other two door compartments only hold small condiments as the shelves are so shallow. Any bigger sauces fall out.

Fridge freezer works fine but leaky water dispenser from new. Unable to use this at all as there is a constant leak of water onto the floor. Still waiting for replacement parts to be sent for us to try and fit ourselves to sort the problem. As others have had the same problem I can’t rate the fridge freezer higher as I believe this possible fault area should have been checked during manufacture and before being sent to customer in the first place.

This product looks stylish but very basic fridge/freezer a lot smaller than I thought.
