I am pretty sure this Fridge Freezer is not as advertised. Its supposed to have a net freezer capacity of 95 litres. Our old Hotpoint Fridge Freezer which it replaced was 84 litres net but the new one is way way smaller. There was no way we could transfer everything out of the old one to the new. Everything about it feels cheap. I bought it online and just went by the figures but either my old one is way bigger than the Hotpoint stats say it is or this one is smaller than it says it is. Its also now dripping a lot inside the fridge and icing up a bit (in the fridge). To be fair to AO their delivery was fine and they have been quite responsive and helpful with my complaints. I guess they just go on the manufacturers info. Im not impressed with the Fridge Freezer though despite the dubious sizes.

I am very happy with my Fridge Freezer, no more defrosting so it has to be good! It holds plenty of shopping too.

This is not fully forst free and looking large but inside space is not enough specially freezer. Also bad smell like when eletric things burn .over all I am not happy with this product.

Delighted by our new fridge freezer. very spacious but also seems to make our kitchen seem bigger. So far operating really well.

Arrived with one shelf already broken although customer services have been pretty good at responding to me and say they'll get a replacement sorted. Additionally the back of the fridge has been covered in ice since it arrived which I'm not happy about as I thought it was meant to be frost free!

Had the fridge freezer just a week now. Really happy with it plenty of room in both fridge and freezer. Freezer's draws seem quite sturdy, nice handles on the side to lift them out. The fridge light is nice and bright, good room in the door compartments. It's a good height and width fit's in nice with the kitchen Overall happy with my purchase.

This item arrived with a faulty thermostat. It ran almost constantly for a week on the warmest setting and frost formed in the fridge. I found that owing to the frost free technology the useable area of the freezer was too small, in fact smaller than my old fridge which was much shorter. I had it replaced with a Candy one which I hope will be faultless. I have no complaint about AO who were very helpful and efficient throughout.

It is as described, but the instructions say to keep the freezer at -20 degrees, but there is know way of telling what the temperature in the freezer is, or of regulating it. There is a dial in the fridge with numbers on, but again no indication of what the temperature is.
