Unfortunately was delivered damaged so had to send back but AO were very helpful and got a full refund

This website is wrong and doors are NOT reversible

It looks good but after a week of the back either being totally frozen up or it being wet dripping down the back and having to put cloths where the bottom outlet water hole is to stop water going down it had to ring AO . So they are arriving tomorrow Sunday to look at it and as they said “repair it “ not sure I want a brand new one week old fridge repaired because there’s something wrong with it ! Packaging not too good polystyrene protection on the sides but none on the doors. Colour shows a brown tint when the sun is on them. Very light scratches on the doors but can only can see in sunlight. too loud and the doors can be swapped over quite easy and instructions hidden away in the back of the manual. Had to keep this model as this was the only one that would fit in the space we had.

Unable to reverse doors in fridge/freezer as screws are in too tight. 3 people have tried but have only managed to unscrew 3 of the 8 screws. This is only because brute force was applied and one screw bit was broken in process.

This is a good product for a small family although it is a bit noisy when the motor is running.

I have had this product for less than 3 hours so haven't turned it on yet, and I may do another review later about how it works; looks and delivery were both good; but I am really unhappy about the doors. ao state the door are revisable, but there are no instructions I can find. I worked things out logically, and took the top plate off to discover the doors are only reversible if you have a socket set and an engineering background! I could probably do it if I had the tools but it would take me hours. For most this won't be an issue, but one of the reasons I picked this model was so I could have the hinges on the left.
