Takes to long to dry clothes, after 4 days we watched all the youtube vids then went and purchased a Beko which was our original and that fixed our problem, we dont recommend Candy, nothing smart in it and it costs much taking 4 hours to dry a load.

This is by far the worst tumble dryer we have had. It does matter what setting you use. We found we have to re tumble our washing’s. The tray for the water leaks. Even when emptied after every use.

Takes forever to dry anything! Can't set a specific amount of time so have to use the cycles. Sometimes means you have to start a second cycle before anything is dry. The location of the water tank is unnecessarily awkward. Especially if the machine is directly on the floor as its right at the bottom almost underneath. Touch screen buttons are super sensitive for sound but don't always recognise the touch to make the button work so each button is pressed several times before it does what you want it to. Not impressed at all

Tumble dryer is not 30 days old and has broken already. The heating element has gone. Awaiting a specialist to come out to see what the issue is.

Keeps saying water tank is full then turns off... a week later still cant use it... there's nothing i like about the item at min as still not able to use! This is the 1st time I've had a condenser dryer..

Don't buy it! The condenser unit is made from cheap plastic that warps. When you remove it to clean it, it then doesn't fit back in rendering the dryer useless. Bought this in Jan 2022 and the first condenser unit lasted a year before we had to replace it in Jan 2023 - this isn't covered under the warranty even though it is a vital component for it to work and is not accidental damage or misuse. The part isn't fit for purpose! It's just done it again a year later and they cost £70. Buy something else and avoid this at all costs!

Washing takes forever to dry

Had this for 11 months, clothes took ages to dry, had to do 2 cycles. Then the last time I used it it was making a weird noise wouldn't spin and started to smoke. Turned it off and got it out the house ASAP. It was burning smell with smoke. Nothing was clogged, I just got rid of it. Was very scary
