Poor...very poor. I had the previous model (CSVV90) of this 5 years ago and having broke, thought I would replace it like for like. Boy...how wrong I was. Infact it was so poor...I had two replacements in 3 weeks ! Neither dried, and seem to just turn off after 45 mins, the first charred the mains socket too. Candy did send an engineer out quickly both time, but at the end of the day...I wanted a tumble drier...to dry clothes ! AO were faultless though, replacing the items, and eventually crediting against a different brand. Kudos AO. Boo Candy

Awful tumble dryer. Baffling programs. Doesn't actually dry the clothes. Auto sensor cuts programs short while clothes are still wet. DO NOT BUY!

Would never recommend this one as it nearly caught fire in my house last night plastic fascia melted programmer switch fused together and not removed lucky it didn't go I just went completely only about 14 months old

The settings are impossible to understand in order to set to the correct temperature and timing required to dry garments. It constantly turns itself off deeming the clothes are dry when they are not, so a further cycle of attempted drying needs to be set. I made the error of assuming that all dryers have a two way rotation drum, as all the dryers i have owned have had this feature- this dryer does not, so bedding and towels will tangle in a huge ball, so yet again, the items don’t dry. I feel like this dryer is constantly in use as it fails to do the required role of drying in the first instance. It will be interesting to see how much more energy we are consuming due to its uselessness.

I would not recommend.Takes forever to dry anything. And mine has stopped working, not even a year old.

Bloody rubbish, it’s meant to be a 9kg capacity dryer which actually takes over 3hrs to dry anything and will only take 4kg max amount of wet products. Don’t waste your money

This tumble dryer works ok if you're drying a small load of clothes. If you want to dry a king size duvet cover - foget it! The machine doesn't have auto reverse which means that your duvet cover ends up in a big clump in the middle of the machine and simply won't dry unless you keep taking it out, giving it a shake, and putting it back in. Also, the programmes are overly complicated for a tumble dryer when all you need is a hot / warm button, an on / off button and a timer. Of course, there is a super cool app that you can get to enable you to control it from your mobile but as it uses NFC you pretty much have to be in the same room as the dryer to use it, so really - what's the point? Personally I just want my tumble dryer to, well, tumble things dry! I sent it back and got an Indesit instead!
