This is a poor product. The first delivered on 26/10/23 had a faulty door seal and was replaced... The second wouldn't regulate temperature and Beko couldn't get an engineer to look at it inside a week. Needless to say, it's going back and I've ordered a Bosch as a replacement... Buy cheap, buy twice! I wouldn't bother with Beko again. AO however were excellent.

This product has been a disappointment. The internal light doesn’t work. Reversing the door opening, I found that the bolt holes on top needed drilling out as the covers snapped off rather than unscrew. As there are only front adjusting feet it’s extremely difficult to level, and I still haven’t managed it. Spacers are provided but how to fit them is a mystery and the instructions don’t make sense. This has not been a pleasurable experience and I wish I hadn’t bought this model.

This was the only 170cm high fridge/freezer I could find. I would have liked it to be 60cm wide so it's a little smaller than the one it is replacing. Despite that it is working well, there is space for our food and it fits into our kitchen well. The veg drawer is at an angle as you pull it out which stops anything falling out. The door space is excellent with room for 2 bottles of 4 pints of milk, a bottle of diet coke and a carton of juice all in the bottom door space. The freezer drawers move easily and are sturdy. Very pleased with this purchase.

Delivery men suggested temperature knob at 3, manual does not specify which temperature each no. on knob refers to. I have a very good Salter fridge thermometer. On 3 thermometer says lower shelf the one on the salad bowl is 0 degrees, so I move the knob to no.2. On 2 there is not difference in temperature at all, thermometer on lower shelf says 0 degrees: no.3 and 2 on the knob make no difference in temperature. However the water in a glass does not freeze, which makes me think temperature does not stay on 0 long enough for water to freeze. I still think temperature on lower shelf is too cold so move the knob to 1 and half....there it is not cold enough, more importantly the freezer goes below 18 degrees, which is not good. Conclusion I am not happy with the temperature in the fridge, but if I call the engineers they will say it is ok because as the manual says average temperature should be 5C which it is, given the top one is about 7C. An online search tell me such a difference in temperature is due to poor design of fridge like the fan not working properly. the fridge is not overfull. In spite of this I am going to keep this fridge because I am restricted in choice by the space in the kitchen where the fridge goes, also I like the height and fridge/freezer difference in size. Also Beko has very good reviews on Trustpilot.

Good machine and good value. Paid extra for five star membership but didn’t get the benefits.

This product is highly recommended!!! it might look sleek or small…but it’s has a very spacious compartments inside.The freezer is the same, it has a wider and bigger compartments for frozen foods.This is exactly the fridge that I’ve been looking for,and I finally found it!And the product is good for saving electricity.too. I will surely recommend this product…BEKO!

The fridge is icing up and the freezer drawer fronts are covered in ice. I have tried all different settings. When I turn it down to stop icing up the contents of freezer are starting to defrost . Only had it a week and not happy with it.

Great fridge freezer which saved Christmas. Held enough ingredients to host 10 with room to spare.
