Fridge Freezer not very good.

The Fridge freezer was delivered on 13th January 25 on the 17th January the unit tripped the house electrics and stopped working.
I have spent hours trying to get through to Beko customer service, when I did get through to an agent i was told there is no engineer appointments available and would be contacted within 24-48 hours with a date .
Also on its lowest setting the unit is freezing items in the fridge.
