We ended up exchanging for an LG as a wash and dry cycle took 5-6 hours.

Bought one of these last week. It was very noisy with excessive vibration and on the spin cycle moved across the floor. AO sent a replacement which was nearly as bad, so loud you could not hold a conversation without shouting even 2 rooms away. Don’t know if I was just extremely unlucky being sent 2 faulty appliances but doubt it, as this would be very unlikely. The staff at the AO call centre have been excellent and have worked with me to arrive at a suitable outcome so many thanks to them, but no way would I recommend this product.

Washing machine - is great but our shakes a lot at the last 10 min spin, could be something on the way its been set up/placed. Dryer- there is no setting for 30mins or 1 hour like i had on my old one, it calculates the weight and wetness of the clothes then dries for that amount of time . So a 14min wash with dryer after colud be 3 hours. So i only use it when i really need to amd when im home all day

Good washer dryer. Nice short wash cycles for busy lives! Two downsides: the spin is VERY noisy! And you cannot programme the dryer function for a specific time, though it says it’s intelligent enough to reduce the length for shorter loads.

It’s very good - quiet and easy to use. The delay start function is also good. I miss not being able to open the door after setting a programme with a delay start - I could do that on my former Candy machine. But that’s a minor niggle and otherwise this machine is great.

Really pleased so far; I love the many quick wash options (compared to other new machines that all seem to take many hours). Washes very well, even on a fast wash at a low temp. Dryer seems very quick and efficient. The only slight downside is the fact it's noisy, not a problem for me as it's in the utility room, but could be an issue if you have it an open-plan room.

Lucky the controls are fairly intuitive as the instructions are not so great . But nice machine ??
