I have only owned the cooker for a few days. However the early experiences have been promising and, with more familiarity with its use, it could become my favoured cooking device. A recipe book is not supplied with the cooker. For cooking ideas and guidance, you need to use the Tefal app. Thought needs to be given on where to place it in the kitchen. It does not take up much worktop space but you need to consider steam (when the pressure is released) and any odours that may arise during cooking. It takes a long time to cool down after cooking (about 2 hours).

No wonder this product is being sold at a massive discount. The whole point in having a pressure cooker is speed. I wanted to cook a quick meal, stew followed by rice pudding. (1)I cooked the stew firstThe machine took nearly 20 minutes to heat up before I could actually pressure cook the meat etc. It took a further 20 minutes (2) I then wanted to cook the rice pudding straight after. This should have taken about 12 mins. However, rather than utilising the heat already in the unit it would not work again until it had cooled down. This took nearly 3 hours. Total, actual cook time nearly 4 hours. USELESS. Unfortunately I had now used the thing and am not able to get a refund. Don't waste your money!

Oh my goodness, genuinely the Tefal Turbo Cuisine is fabulous, I have only had a week and used it most days. Very quick cooking food taste great. Very easy to use and loads of inspiration for recipes online.
