Works very effectively. Easy to use. But the head is heavy to move, so maybe not for those who are looking for a lighter model. The bending shaft is good for getting under furniture, but is more difficult to maneuver in this position.

I really like being able to turn the Shark on and off from the handle and I love how it glides across the floor easily. Suction is great, it’s super easy to empty and pull around after you. The flexi function works well be unfortunately it’s still too bulky to fit under my sofa. Generally I think it’s great and works well.

Really great product so far. Strong suction which can be adjusted and really easy and clear how to change from hard floors to carpet. Only not 5 star as it’s heavier than other vacuums, especially the vacuum head

Not too heavy. Lights are helpful. The head goes round corners well. Folding feature helpful for storage. Buttons on the handle really handy!

Wow, fantastic vacuum, it definitely gives your carpets a good clean and the hard floor change is just a quick click on the handle. I bought this at half price in the sale but would have paid full price. I've had a few things from AO and I come back again, quick delivery, great prices and a fantastic after sales service.

The head is very heavy and difficult to manoeuvre... on the plus side - good suction, a nice long flex, and easy to empty.
