The product itself seems very good (only a week old) and the noise level is much lower than our previous model. The big but comes with the fitting. I am no stranger to diy work but this was a challenge. Firstly the bracket holding the top of the flue is cranked forwards about 25mm and unless the outlet pipe is hard against the wall it won't fit. Also the wall plug/screw combination was much too tight resulting in the plugs turning with the screws and unable to screw in further or take them out. I wish I'd used my own plugs and screws.

Very solid nice looking hood. Installation was not too difficult. The screws are an annoying torc size T25 I think. Not too noisy.

Looks stylish and works well, chimney does not meet base 100% but bit of sealent and you don't notice it

Overall a fantastic item . Easy enough to install, but I don’t understand why you would make the gap for the fixing holes 200mm for the hood and 210mm for the chimney, if they were both the same you could simply use a level to mark up. Once installed a very powerful extractor which is relatively quite. Fully recommended.

Easy to install and use. Clear instructions for installation and fits well. Looks sleek and smart and has great extraction, over 4 levels. More expensive than some but the phrase ‘you get what you pay for’ rings true. Delivery was quick and on time.

I recently purchased a neff cooker hood , after a lot of research decided on a reputable make and energy efficient rating . I’m very pleased with the item it looks very smart in my new kitchen . It was well worth paying that bit extra .

well packaged and helpful on time delivery , not in use yet as waiting for the kitchen to be installed, overall very pleased ,looks well packaged so should be fine on unpacking
