Extractor looks good but doesn’t work, paid an electrician to fit and then had to call the NEFF engineer. Have to wait nearly 3 weeks for a part and pay the electrician again.

This is a good quality cooler hood, much more robust than our previous one and less bulky. Running in recirculating mode, it's fairly effective in clearing the room. The only negative is that you either need to buy an outside ducting kit or recirculating kit in addition to the hood.

Lovely looking product. Was disappointed I had to go to Neff direct to get the recirculating kit. So basically you can’t use the product without buying an item from somewhere else. I found that very annoying. Apart from that the service was great.

Looks sleek, pulls air well and is substantially quieter than my last. Easy to fit too so would recommend. Only negative is that you have to buy an additional recirculating kit, but most seem like that these days.

Seems great! I installed it in extraction mode with a 150mm pipe to an external wall, as the manual recommends this size. When standing outside where the vent is, on setting #1 you can feel a large amount of air coming out. On setting P (most powerful) it’s a real blast that comes out, much more powerful than I was expecting. The lighting is great and it looks great.

Very pleased with this chimney hood. It looks very stylish. Simplistic design which looks very modern.
