Although this isn't the biggest fridge freezer out there it's still on the larger side. A couple of things which are good about this fridge freeze are the compartments in the fridge, the crisp draw and meat/dairy draw. Both of these draws help me organise the fridge. The whole fridge freezer feels like it's a good quality. The only real negative that I can point out is that there is no ice draw! Also the freezer has draw which you can take out to make more space but I prefer the draws as it looks much more tidy.

With great storage and easy to open. The kids are enjoying this new appliance. Having a draw in the fridge which has a door and also pulls forward. We are able to store their favourite snacks in this and they are able to empty it as quick as we fill it. Having 4 kids the capacity is ideal for us as a family.

Great fridge freezer, works well, clear bright led light is great.Only downside was the height dimension is incorrect., Although the freezer is the size stated there is 2 cm high bracket for the top hinge, which isn't allowed for in this measurement and as we had a cupboard over freezer this had to be modified to allow the appliance to fit.

We were able to get the exact size that was required to fit in the space left by our old fridge freezer. The drawers in the fridge are very handy for separating different food items.

How do you replace a fridge/freezer that had become part of the family for the past 25 years. Yes I mean 25 years. I decided to opt for hotpoint as it was a name I knew and had previously purchased. I am really happy with my new purchase and it is happily standing where my old one once stood. The fridge is excellent, plenty of room and the extra chill drawer is really useful. The freezer compartment is not quite as large as my old one, but the four drawers hold a fair amount of food. The overall design is modern and the black handle section is attractive and splits the plain white exteriors on most other models. The only negative thing about this purchase has nothing to do with the item, but the instruction booklet which leaves a lot to be desired. Having to resort to the internet to work out the temperature control.

I was very impressed with the ease of ordering on line, the speed of delivery and the regular communication about my delivery. My fridge freezer was delivered safely during the Lockdown situation and my old fridge freezer taken away. Very happy and would recommend using AO again.
