I was dubious buying this as I think Smeg appliances are a bit form over function but my wife wanted it and with working at home, keeping the peace seemed like the sensible option. Glad I did, simple to operate and set up this machine serves up four cups of piping hot coffee in under five minutes and keeps them warm for ages.

Very pleased with the Quality of the machine, appears well built and the features are very good. The time button feature is very useful, and it has been used on numerous occasions since purchase. The only couple of drawbacks with the machine in my opinion are, 1. The machine is a little bulkier than I initially envisaged, and secondly, the machine is slightly difficult to fill with water, as you have to pour the water into the corner of the machine, you also can’t appear to empty the coffee jug completely, there always remains a small amount of coffee remaining in the jug. Overall though, I am very pleased with the purchase of the coffee machine.

Although more expensive than the competitors, it is worth it. Easy to use, easy to clean and looks fantastic. The coffee is great too - hot and delicious and I particularly like the timing feature so you can wake up to a fresh brew each morning. Delivery and service from AO was excellent as usual.
