Nice solid oven, good size and clear window

I love the appearance of the oven nd so far am really pleased with how it pweforms. My one problem is the difficulty with seeing the symbols and temperature on the dial. This is a built in oven and so the dials are too heigh for a person under about 6ft in height to see without standing on a stool.

Over the moon with the oven

It's a very simple oven in terms of functionality. Would have been nice to display the current oven temperature on the LCD which only seems to tell the time. The dials work well, but when you're unfamiliar with their positions you may need to consider turning the kitchen lights on and then stand on your tip toes to see them properly. Purchasing two extra shelves and another drip tray will be necessary to get the full use out of both ovens at once and maximise efficiency. That being said, it's a very nice looking oven and cooks the food as well as it should do.

Easy to use and heats up quickly.

Despite the high cost of the oven I would say it Feels a little less than the cost . It’s the little details like the icons and temperatures being on the dials rather than round them making it difficult to see if the oven is placed in a higher position. Also only two racks between the ovens .

Just had this new oven fitted on Monday and I love it. Has our last aeg oven for 14 years till I smashed the glass door so desperately wanted another aeg. This one doesn't disappoint. It looks so stylish and warms up so quickly. Really great features especially the defrost function which I used so much with my old oven. Some reviews have commented about the buttons being hard to read but I haven't found it a problem at all and I'm not that tall. The fact that there are no symbols or numbers around the dials just adds to its sleek appearance.

High quality product, well engineered with simple controls and it cooks so well! AEG at its best.
