Hoping this is a bit better than the last one. Previous version of the same model had a real issue with the fitment of the grill element which is not secured but simply rests on a ledge either side. We found after time that the element slipped off its perch and then started to drop. Hotpoint told us they had no other complaints of this nature so we assumed we had a Friday afternoon cooker. I had to replace three elements in 7 years which was a pain but when we came to replace our old one recently there was nothing else comparable for size and price.

Looks great. Keeps temperature well but condensate leaks out of the bottom of the oven. We have someone coming to look at this later this week.

The oven looks good and fits in well with our new kitchen. The price was reasonable for the size and features of the oven. The main oven cooks food beautifully and the top oven/grill works a treat, especially with the half grill function. This is designed to save electricity. On the other hand, one thing I find unacceptable is the amount of water, from cooking condensation, dripping out of the bottom of the main oven door when cooking. I have never had an oven do this before. Because of this, I would find it hard to recommend this product.

Not used much as I have an air fryer , that's why I didn't want to spent too much on an oven . I thought it takes a long time to heat up and cook things really . Aesthetically would look nicer if the handles were black, and it's quite difficult to see the numbers round the dial they should be a lot more prominent

A tremendous loss of heat from main oven into top oven/grill. Enough to make you drop anything left in there whilst you believe it switched off.

Looks good and simple to use however arrived with a loose fan and I am currently waiting for the engineer to come and fix it. Obviously this one didn’t go through quality control. Good customer service though and engineer dispatched within 48 hours.

I bought this oven as my previous one was a Hotpoint and lasted for 20 years+ although I have only had it a week I have found that the trays and grill pan are not as good as in my last oven.

Not really the quality I would expect. Difficult to handle, metal is very thin. Seems to work well, but it does not feel like it is built to last
