The oven is brilliant. I live the push in knobs and due to our oven height this is easy to see. The light in the top oven is brilliant and i cannot wait to try out the slow cook feature. Scones, cakes and biscuits have all come out perfect and the delivery was perfect. Thank you!

This oven is amazingly quiet. I truly appreciate that once I’ve turned the fan oven off, I don’t have to listen to it cooling down! However, a HUGE downside is the controls to the oven... you have to be over 5foot 4 inches tall to be able to read the temperature control and also the control showing which oven setting you are on. Why did they not put the signs and temperature UNDER each control knob rather than above them? Or in the front. The top oven is completely baffling and even took my husband ages to work out how to get just the grill to work. The instructions booklet explained nothing.

Great double oven, does what its supposed too Only disappointment is that condensation can run from the oven door onto the floor, or more importantly your foot which could give you a nasty surprise

Really pleased with look and functionality of new oven for the price. I have now produced several meals with the new oven and it performs very well. Particularly like that it has two grills, top and main oven and have found the timer / alarm when ready function very useful. Appliance does everything a much more expensive item would do but actually still looks well finished and stylish in black. AO customer service was exceptional, keeping me informed every step of the way. Have to say that the delivery drivers were brilliant too, they kept me informed on the morning of the delivery and were very helpful and polite. Will definitely buy from AO again based on this very positive experience.

Purchased this Hotpoint built in electric double oven to go in my new kitchen. It is to replace an old free standing gas cooker. Over the moon with this oven so far, only christened it last week, but have cooked a full roast dinner in the main oven and it came out perfectly. There is plenty of shelves and room in the oven. The fan really made a difference to the cooking time and evenness compared to old gas cooker. The conventional top oven is also very useful for extra cooking space, especially when cooking a large dinner. Good also for stand alone use if only a little amount to cook. The main top grill cooked the bacon and sausages for weekend breakfast treat well and evenly. Haven't used the bottom grill yet, but useful to have a second one in case doing lots of grilling at once. Lots of good features to the oven and grill. I really like the buttons which pop out to use and then can push away neatly when not using oven. I do struggle a little bit to read the top of the dials thought when using oven, but that might just be because my oven housing is tall and I'm just of average height. There is also a self cleaning feature which I haven't needed to use yet, so cannot comment upon. The ascetics of the oven are nice, its predominantly black with just a little brushed stainless steel, so easier to keep clean and less visible finger marks. Overall extremely happy with my purchase so far. Good quality Hotpoint double oven. Seems to do exactly the same as the more expensive brand ovens which I looked at, but then decided against. Good value purchase.

This oven takes quite a while to heat up and also creates a lot of condensation which drips down onto the cupboard underneath when the oven door is opened and closed. Other than that... It cooks evenly and is quiet.
