I am slowly adapting to a heat pump tumble dryer from a vented. The plus point is I no longer have a cold draft in the room from the vent pipe going out of the cat flap in the door. It is much warmer. The negative is the length of time it takes to dry washing, and having to put some washing back in for another 30 mins to get completely dry, even after a double spin in the washing machine. So far all bedding is 'bundling' into a ball and I have to keep opening the dryer to untangle it! I thought this was not meant to happen with a reverse action? The middle is then wet even though I use woollen balls inside the dryer. Can anyone please help with this issue?

Garbage - after two uses the machine is not drying clothes - what’s more I have reported the issue to Hi-Sense via the app A week ago which said I would be contacted - I was not I telephoned the UK helpline - after 20 mins was told by the AI assistant the “we are experiencing high volumes of call” but you can request a Warranty repair via our website site - first of all you need to register for warranty - however the model number ISN’T LISTED so I can’t register it This has gone one for week - my old Hotpoint was called if to bits but could still set washing to the very last load - at my wits end with this

AO were fine. Hisense however are useless. There is an issue with the door at the bottom of the tumble drier and Hisense are not interested. I've given them until the end of the week to sort it or it's going back. Think twice before buying Hisense products.

Does what is required, very quiet, good capacity, and presumably saving is money (but too early to say...). Only dislike is that I find it hard to stop machine once in operation, if I want to check dryness of clothes or add items - turning off at the mains seems the only reliable way to do this...

Love it highly recommend very quiet love the variety of programmes and then choice of heat and spin speeds.

Love it. I’ve had a heat pump dryer before but this one is so much better. Dries completely and quickly (as quick as 30 minutes). Easy to empty and simple selection. I can even sync it with my washing machine so it selects the drying cycle to match. Lovely large drum and interior light so you don’t miss that last sock, seems bigger than 8kg load size.

Never knew a dryer could be so quite! The clothes come out smell divine. Well worth the change from a condenser to heat pump.

Much quieter than our last dryer, the depth is more compact than other models. Its triple A+++ rating is helping with the electric bills. It even has WiFi so that you can monitor and control the dryer from your phone, ensure you read the instructions. It obviously has a lot of sensors and smart functions so the times can vary and times increase or decrease. It’s fascinating to watch although I think this phase will wear off!
