Hasn’t had a real test yet, with it being sunny but it’s a nice machine.

We bought this to sit along side our new Hisense 5S Series WF5S1245BB 12kg Washing Machine from ao.com. As they are sitting side by side, we wanted their design to mirror one another and we are really pleased with the result. Not only does this look great, but it also functions really well. We've only had an "old school - pump the hot air out the wall" style of tumble drier before, so were a little anxious about the performance of a Heat Pump drier. But we shouldn't have worried. This machine does a great job at drying our clothes. It takes longer than our old traditional drier, but is way cheaper on electricity and the clothes come out just as dry and less battered and creased. A normal load seems to take about 2 and a half hours, which is fine as we run it through the night and unload in the morning. I can recommend this drier :-)

This Hisense 10kg heat pump dryer handles large loads with ease and dries clothes gently and efficiently. Quiet in operation, easy to use, and the A+++ energy rating helps save on bills. Great value and highly recommended!

Quiet and styling heat up which doesn’t use a lot of energy. Leaves all our clothes dry and doesn’t shrink them.

Good size. Contrary to specification the door opens on the right but it seems we can swap it over. Apart from that it is what we expected. Slight chemical smell eg burning plastic for the first week or two that we hope goes away.

I really didn't want to give up my vented tumble dryer, but the market is all out of machines that vent to the right, so my hand was forced. I went for this one because I liked the idea of the shelf inside for drying football shoes on. That's the only function we've used it for so far as it's been sunny outside. It worked well and is a lovely extra. We had the water hose fed round to the plumbing under the sink where we happened to have a screw cap joint in the existing u-bend that would allow for a connection. It's just poked in and holds itself there. The pipe was long enough to go the 120cm or so required. I signed up to the app to make sure that I could use a sports clothes setting on the machine. As a result, the phone notifies me when it's finished a cycle. I'm not generally into the internet of things, but actually, I think it'll be good to get these notifications on my phone that the cycle has finished. A quick reminder to get things out before they go cold and crumpled!

It's surprisingly quiet, and although the instructions could be a bit clearer, I have found that I love the automatic option on the top left and use it for just about everything. The drum is surprisingly large too. I am very happy with it.

Extremely happy with this Tumble Dryer and just how easy it is to use.
