LOOKS GREAT BUT DOES NOT WORK

the appliance stopped working after 1 day, i reported the problem & i was advised the earliest date for an engineer was the 27.01.2023, i have asked for an earlier appointment but have had no answer since i e mailed Angie yesterday, i have a tumble drier that i cannot use & have no means of drying the clothes, to sum it up i have found the whole process of dealing with your support team very poor & would doubt that i would use you company again, this could change if the problem is resolved quicker, i do not hold out any hope though, Dave Fryer,
