Very good value for money with a 2 year warranty as standard, what's not to like.

Very efficient and quiet in comparison to previous

Just started using it -- does what it is supposed to i.e. drys the clothes. Went with the heat pump dryer as our vented dryer packed it in and although it takes longer to dry a load it comes in at about 1/3 the cost!

I really like the tumble dryer. Stick in the washing, press a couple of buttons and then leave it until washing is dry. So easy to use. I don't think it is that loud when in use either. Really pleased with the purchase.

Complete disappointment, having spent over £200 more on this product due to its apparent savings, I have now lost that money. After trying for weeks to get this to actually dry something, which is the purpose it was bought for, I have given up. Between trying to speak to Hisense and their warranty provider blaming each other, we are left with a manual air-drier. So I have bit the Bullet, contacted AO direct and taken the 55% refund for them to come and collect my 8 week old useless dryer and replace it with a standard condenser that I hope will do it’s job and just dry our clothes. Essentially I’ve paid £200 more for the one coming than I could have done originally but for a hassle free life not spent on hold to various phone companies I had little option.

Broken down after 3 months. Waiting more than a month for parts. AVOID. Repair company impossible to deal with.

Read all the reviews I could, so I braced myself for the wide array of issues I might come across. As it happens, the benefits of this heat pump dryer far outweigh any niggles. It dries perfectly well, just don't expect to be able to have the odd but of clothing dry super fast. Water collector isn't as fiddly as some make out nor is the upkeep, which I do religiously and takes less than 1 minute. The saving in electric is staggering especially as the cost per household keeps rising. This model has a 91% water retention which is amazing by the way. This leads to less moisture escaping into your home which could cause damp problems. Be sure to check the product fiche. All in all my household is very pleased with the latest addition. The machine dies exactly what it claims to and I have no regrets looking back at my purchase.

Amazing dryer. We had a condenser dryer which wasn't working any more so payed a little bit more for this heat pump one and we only need to put in a once and clothes are done.
