Brilliant machine and so energy efficient. The only disadvantage is the cycles. I’m fine to use the most energy saving programme of 3.5 hours, but if I’m in a rush and sometimes need to do a 40° in an hour or so - you can’t with this machine. It’s either 15 minutes, 2 hours or 3.5…

I really like our new Hisense DHQA902U 9 KS Heat Pump Tumble Dryer. The set - up instruction's were good up and I have found the machine works well on the settings I have used so far. We haven’t a suitable drainage system nearby but I find the water pod easy to empty . The filter systems are easy to use. I would recommend this product.

So far so good. Drys nice and efficiently, good selection of programs. Always had a condenser dryers and was concerned a heat pump dryer would take longer to dry but I was wrong. It’s a great dryer and I’m very pleased with it.

Very good. Only criticism is when drying bedding, it gets tangled into a ball and you have to keep stopping the drying to unravel and allow to dry

Great for less than 6 months!! Fault Code F03! Can’t get hold of anyone to book repair. Very annoyed that this has failed after such a short period

Pros: I’ve been using the Hisense 3 Series DHQA902UT Heat Pump Tumble Dryer for a few weeks now, and overall, I’m really impressed. The 9kg capacity is perfect for my family of four, and it handles large loads without a problem. However, if you're in a hurry, it’s something to keep in mind. now the Hisense heat pump dryer is now up and running over the past 3 weeks, we can tell you that it is quite and gets on with the job of drying our clothes providing we have selected the right programme, we have ordered as spares the 2 fluff filters just in case we have an accident with them, we had better not use the machine with holed or damaged fluff filters, we have it doubled stacked on top of a washing machine and is piped up for any water to run into the waste water pipe, so looking for a long service from this machine

Best tumble dryer we have ever used. This looks so fancy and hitech and it is so quiet that we don't even hear anything. Heat pump would ensure it's easy on the energy cost as well long term. I would recommend this to anyone. We now have 6 Hisense products in our household and we're satisfied customers.
