I was looking fwd to this appliance coming. First time on blew all my power had electrician come but all was fine. So I had a faulty machine. I now have to wait for an engineer to tell what I know already. Really!! Brand new machine. So not happy with any of it. It’s a lovely looking machine just want one that works.

Loved the look of this dryer and looked fab in my kitchen it arrived yesterday used it for the first time and it blew all the electricity in my bungalow. Had electrician out twice. Nothing wrong with my sockets or electrics. The machine is faulty I now to wait ten days for an engineer after only having it 16 hours. Not impressed at all. I am disabled and rely on a dryer. Very very disappointed with the whole thing. I feel it should have been replaced without question straight away. I don’t expect an engineer with a brand new machine and only using it for ten minutes.

I bought this Hisense tumble dryer just two weeks ago after reading many good reviews, but I am very disappointed. I’ve only used it three times, and every time, it gets stuck at 18 minutes remaining in every program, staying there for 10 minutes or more. This is not what I expected from a brand with such positive feedback. I’m frustrated and feel let down by this purchase.

Great for less than 6 months!! Fault Code F03! Can’t get hold of anyone to book repair. Very annoyed that this has failed after such a short period

Didn’t work from day1. Faulty heat pump. AO have agreed to refund.

After drying 2 loads satisfactorily - the water container still had no water in it - I was told to do 3 more loads before A.O. would take any action. After load 4 eventually water appeared in drawer - but now there is wetness underneath the container!!

Looks good and I'm assuming it's more energy efficient than my old tumble (haven't actually checked) but a couple of times towels/mixed load haven't been dry at the end of the cycle. I may be wrong but I think there is an option to add time but this has to be done at the beginning- which seems wrong to me, I need to add more time at the end if I find clothes aren't dry.

So far so good . Lovely large dryer.
