I bought this to replace my previous Beko integrated dishwasher which had worn out after about 12 years. This seemed to be a newer version of the same, & I was more than happy with the old one. Ao.com offer great customer service & quick delivery so I always check their web site first. Really good pricing as well.

Ours arrived with broken adjustable legs. We did not know until the delivery men left or I would have refused it. Then spent ages on the phone and had to wait for a Beko engineer to come to my house and waste half another day off work. He then didn’t turn up until 7pm (not AOs fault but beware the inconvenience). No real compensation for the inconveniences. This Dishwasher is cheap but below a decent standard. It does not clean very well at all even though we tend to rinse items before loading it. Feels flimsy and worth spending a bit more if you can. Bosch seems to be the best rated middle ground so we are returning this and getting one of theirs!

Arrived bang on time. Communication with delivery van brilliant. skillfully and quickly fitted. Nice lads too.

The product works well. I like the delayed start feature. The cutlery holder has very narrow openings which prohibits fitting in certain knives. The delivery driver damaged our floor and I've been advised to send in photos, which I did more than a week ago and still haven't heard back from AO. Please respond to my email!

Really happy with my new dishwasher. Has a great amount of space and is quiet when in use. Actually had a similar one before and I like the cycles available.
