Two days of using and the machine started turning off mid cycle. It then restarted overnight! Dangerous and sent back.

Firstly, the control panel has become increasingly difficult to manage and has a mind of its own. It's not responsive and its difficult to turn on and select a setting. Secondly, unless the machine is stacked really well often the contents won't be clean. The plate stacking is slim and doesn't accommodate my more chunky plates. The cutlery basket has two sides which always come off with more chunky cutlery when emptying the dishwasher. I wish I had invested in a better make and model.

Great website with good search filters, lots of options at competitive prices. Delivery was next day, which was both informative and the delivery guys were great. However, the DW has shorted the fuse in the house after 3 successful runs. I'd registered for the guarantee, so have called Beko and the engineer is coming out 5 days after requested. For the successful runs, the product was quiet enough, cleaned well and easy enough to use once you understand that the touch buttons need 2/3 second long presses to get going. The trays are easily spacious enough for a family of 5 (incl. 3 older boys, 17 through 24). I'd have given 5* for the AO side of things, and 1* for the product failing within 4 days of installation, so as this review is for the product it's sadly a 1*. Let's see how the engineer does fixing it...

Smelt like burning on the first wash, contacted BEKO who have finally agreed on the second engineers visit (and a real fight to get that) later, that there is a major electrical fault. It’s clearly a manufacturing fault, yet they won’t replace it, only repair. We’ve now been without a washer for 3 weeks. Goodness knows what other issues I’ll have with this faulty machine over the years! AO have been very helpful since getting them involved, but ultimately it’s BEKO who you have to deal with unfortunately!

Recommend you do NOT buy this machine. I have been buying dishwashers since 1986 with no trouble - until this one! Besides being flimsy and poor quality, it's noisy and been nothing but trouble. It didn't work on delivery so the engineer had to come (several days later!) and then the door wouldn't open because it hit the kick board due to a hinge defect, which we're still getting sorted now. On this one occasion, I decided not to pay the extortionate amount required for fitting, which I also regret. It's simple to plumb and fit, (the you tube video is a good help) yet because AO didn't do it, it's caused further aggravation with them absolving responsibility, even though it's not the fitting that's the issue. I have been buying from AO for years and always have positive interactions with their friendly staff, yet my advice would be to buy anther machine!

Fitted to a new kitchen and first time I switched it on it was leaking from the door seal and had water all over the new floor. Waiting for Beko to send an engineer to confirm it’s leaking.

Extremely disappointed - machine leaked under the door during first use - waited a week for Beko engineer visit - machine requires a new seal - brand new machine - used once. Now waiting another week for new seal. Pretty disappointing!

Only gave 1 star as I couldn't give zero! Absolutely diabolical machine, definitely would not recommend. Does not clean dishes that are pre-rinshed & food free, leaves tea stains in cups on all programmes & after 2 hours! I am paying for AO to collect this machine & am replacing with another. Very disappointed Beko!
