Love our new oven and both the service and delivery teams were friendly helpful and expertise.

Heats fast and hot air escapes via an escape channel near top so no more singing the oven housing like my last one did. Easy to use if you read the instructions well. Bonus that the shelves pull out and stop making it easier to lift trays off. Bottom oven being the small one is great and originally why I went for this model but very glad I did.

Really liking the Smeg oven, very quiet, heats up quickly, came with plenty of racks & drip trays. Takes a while to figure out the controls but simple once you know how.

This Smeg double oven would get 5 stars on it’s looks aone. The installation process was simple and straight forward and the streamlined design would blend into any kitchen and provides the high end finish you would expect from such a quality brand. Think of any function you need and the Smeg oven will easily satisfy your needs and then some......it even cleans itself!! If you are looking for a modern oven, at a great price, then look no further.

I purchased this oven for my mum as a gift. She cooks alot and has needed a new oven for quite some time. I wanted one that looked nice, was energy efficient and cleaned itself. So I went for this Smeg and we haven't been disappointed. Took a few minutes to figure out the dials but once we did, our food cooked evenly, and I feel quicker, than before. Mum was very impressed! Our service with AO has been great also, the delivery and installation was quick and easy. Thank you!

Very quick to heat up, including the grills, cooks really well in both ovens. Large capacity and flexible shelving system are good features and the cleaning function for the main oven works really well. Multifunctional take a little getting used to but easy once you have the hang of it.

This oven is a thing of beauty. I love the simplicity of the knobs. However, appearances can be deceptive and although the bottom (auxiliary) oven is very simple to operate with knobs alone, the main oven requires a lot more fiddling about with the knobs - pressing and turning with things flashing. I had read other reviews which mentioned that the main oven functions take some getting used to so feel confident I will get the hang of it eventually. To be fair I have only used it once so far to cook a roast dinner which went well and I was able to switch the function towards the end to crisp up the roast potatoes. I haven’t used the pyrolitic cleaning function yet - one of the main reasons I splashed out on this oven - so I am looking forward to this. Having read the manual in detail I feel there are many features that are surplus to requirements such as pre-programmed settings for cooking specific things. The defrost setting might be useful and the Sabbath setting for ensuring food is cooked to kosher requirements is an interesting, and I would imagine, helpful feature. Overall it’s a beautiful oven and I am delighted.

Very neatly fitted to replace a similar double oven, this one looks the part and so far has worked very well - once we had worked out how to switch it on AND OFF. (Press the function selector for three seconds we eventually deduced).The smaller oven is very straightforward to use and we foresee it will get more use when just two people are dining. In the main oven the telescopic support arms are a useful feature and seem strong enough to support the largest Christmas Turkey. More detailed examples of the dishes each oven mode best suits would help, and a clearer explanation of the process of selecting and adjusting them once selected. Pyrolitic cleaning will be a useful benefit. Looks to have been a good choice and we anticipate a long and productive life. One star deducted because the English instruction manual is not well thought out and needs a re-write.
