Basically plug in, switch on and you are ready to go with this. Was leaving a few smaller items a little damp, so we use it on the dry+ settling. Easy to empty water container, it's in a drawer where you'd usually put the soap in a washing machine . Just pull it out and tip it into the sink. Loses a point because it comes with a door that opens from left to right. The door is meant to be reversible, but rather than having a simple swap all the screws over mechanism, there's a convoluted situation where you have to take some screws out, press down a button inside then push on the rim of the door. Then take off the front perspex, then move things around and take out a ton of screws. At least I think you have to do. I'm pretty handy and good at following instructions (I've built PCs for a hobby for example) but I cannot for the life on me work out what the diagrams are showing when you push the rim of the door. Nothing moves. The whole system is badly designed and the diagrams are not decipherable. Appalling. Nothing on the internet to assist either. I've emailed Beko for clearer instructions but at the moment I haven't heard back and am stuck with a door that opens left to right.

Love everything about our tumble dryer, dries well, not too noisy, lots of fabulous programmes and best of all- the light in the dryer!! I cannot really fault it, just that I need to do a little reading to ensure I get the best use of it ?? very happy with my purchase. Delivery was great and prompt. A very statisfied customer

Once again, fantastic service from the ao.com crew. Regular updates on delivery and removed old machine and packaging for us. Product itself is fantastic. Good drying time, quieter than our old model and staggering how much moisture it removes. So much better than our previous vented model.

This machine looks great and is super easy to use. The running costs are a bonus with it being A+++

I don’t normally bother with reviews but felt this deserved it ! The only think I didn’t like about the product was the price, but I took the view with its energy efficiency it would pay for itself as the last tumble dryer I had was expensive to run. It’s taken me about a year to finally replace the old one thinking I get the replacement bit and fix it, in the end I gave in and replaced it, it was worth the wait. This dryer is quite, it has a connectable drain so you don’t have to keep emptying it and it dryers the clothes well if you follow the manual ! Best of all it’s cheap to run as I have a smart meter which makes it easy to see. I give the machine a 9.5 out of 10, the other 0.5 I’ll give it once it’s paid for itself ! Highly recommended !

Works well, and no issues so far although I don’t know how long the light inside the drum will last but you can replace it if you want to. I expected it to be noisy from other reviews and knowing it’s a heat pump, but it’s actually not that bad.

The Beko dryer does exactly what it says on the tin!!! It is easy to set up and simple to use. I am very impressed with the modern method of drying after 40 years of using a conventional dryer.

After reading some of the reviews I was a bit apprehensive choosing a heat pump tumble dryer, our previous condenser dryer gave up after 16+ years. I’ve had the heat pump dryer for a week now and I’m over the moon with it. It’s easy to use, and to maintain the filters and water tank. So far, all loads have dried in less time than estimated by the timer. It’s worth paying more for the A+++ in the long run, in my opinion. Highly recommend.
