    The perfect tumble dryer!

First of all, id like to say how good AOs service is, they really do set a good example for any other company selling appliances/technology. The dryer was delivered on time, with zero fuss. As soon as I opened the box, i noticed how well beko have improved regarding build quality. I bought a beko washer around a year ago and that was nothing compared to this dryer. I've been using it for the past 12 days, might not sound like alot but it's been doing over 3 loads per day in this busy household. I wanted a quiet, easy to clean, fast and efficient tumble dryer after my last aeg 7000 heatpump costing £500 failed to deliver. So far this has exceeded all my expectations. Every load I have dried has come out perfectly and evenly dry, using the mix setting, lighter fabric do not overheat while others are still drying! In eco mode, full loads of towels are done in 2hr 20 at most, select rapidry and you get them done in less than 2hr. Coming from the aeg which once took 4hr 45 to give back only just about dry towels this is a massive improvement. Ive timed other loads such as pjs and work clothes which have taken just 45min on the mix cycle, very fast for a very economical dryer. The inverter motor is quiet and allows the machine not to make a massive jolt if changing direction, this is important if like me, you have it situated in a bedroom. This dryer will not wake you up, I haven't even needed to use the night cycle which is 50% quieter than the rest! The wool cycle uses special speed tumbling (only unique to inverter dryers) allowing it to achieve the platinum care mark. This dryer is able to accurately sense and dry on one item, unheard of by the aeg which would stop after 5minutes. Cleaning it is even easier than using it, just use a damp cloth to wipe over the condensor and the lint falls off, this dryer is the easiest dryer I've had to use and clean(and I've had more than a couple...) unlike the aeg models, this dryer does NOT release any humid air into the room at all in eco mode, eco mode can raise the outside air by around 2c at most, keeping a cool atmosphere that is needed in summer weather but takes the slight chill off winter mornings. I have to be honest in saying the rapidry mode does make the room a little on the warmer side but even in a small room a window being opened makes that perfectly comfortable. Overall, this dryer in my honest opinion is the best on the market right now, I would buy this model again and again if I ever need to! It's perfect in every aspect, from sensor drying, caring for your clothes and even not realising damp air into the room (another major problem for the AEG) this product may look expensive at first, but I can assure you it is worth every penny considering it's energy rating and all of its features. I fully reccomend this product to anyone looking for a dryer, this is even better than my fast hotpoint vented model. I'll be impressed if any dryer can out beat this. I honestly can't find any bad points. I love it!!!

    Heat pump drying problems !

Whilst I accept that drying cycles are longer with heat pump dryers, 3 cycles of extra dry to produce, what I consider to be, iron dry clothes, is not really what I expected. Dryer tells me to empty condenser tray, but after 8 full uses, absolutely no condensate produced ! Very disappointed, and will be returning dryer for refund. Will be going back to condenser dryer.

    Seems a good tumble dryer

Basically plug in, switch on and you are ready to go with this. Was leaving a few smaller items a little damp, so we use it on the dry+ settling. Easy to empty water container, it's in a drawer where you'd usually put the soap in a washing machine . Just pull it out and tip it into the sink. Loses a point because it comes with a door that opens from left to right. The door is meant to be reversible, but rather than having a simple swap all the screws over mechanism, there's a convoluted situation where you have to take some screws out, press down a button inside then push on the rim of the door. Then take off the front perspex, then move things around and take out a ton of screws. At least I think you have to do. I'm pretty handy and good at following instructions (I've built PCs for a hobby for example) but I cannot for the life on me work out what the diagrams are showing when you push the rim of the door. Nothing moves. The whole system is badly designed and the diagrams are not decipherable. Appalling. Nothing on the internet to assist either. I've emailed Beko for clearer instructions but at the moment I haven't heard back and am stuck with a door that opens left to right.

    Good replacement

I was sorry to part with my venting tumble drier when I moved but there was no place for it in the new flat. I'm just getting used to my new heat pump condensing machine so haven't used all the programs yet, but so far so good. "Cupboard dry" can seem damp, but that is mentioned as an effect in the manual. It has a nice big door and an interior light! Both useful.

    Love it

Still early days, but seems to be ticking all the boxes

    First Class Tumble Dryer

After a disastrous experience with our brand new Samsung machine, we were dubious of how this one would compete with a top brand name. We needn't have worried, we are over the moon with this Beko machine. The heat pump not only saves on energy used by reusing the water, the clothes come out lovely and soft. There are more than enough settings and don't be put off by the long dry times on the cotton programmes, it is alot less as works on sensors. The lint filter is easy to clean and the 2nd filter is easy to get to - tip, use a soft paint brush rather than hoover attachment so as not to damage the fins. And the night mode, wow even quieter, ideal if like us the machine is very near or in the main living room and you are trying to watch tv. Overall extremely happy and would Definately recommend.

    Brilliant and easy to use

The dryer arrived, unpacked plugged in and working within 10 mins Very easy to use , press on, chose the program and press start . Its rapid dry is a good feature and it's quite. The fluff and water collection is easy to empty. So all in all a brilliant addition to the kitchen. And no more clothes airers "yay"

Does exactly what it says on the tin !

We are a large family and use our tumble dryer multiple times a day. This Beko is so easy to use even the kids can operate it. It is also easy to clean the filters.
