Heat pump drying problems !

Whilst I accept that drying cycles are longer with heat pump dryers, 3 cycles of extra dry to produce, what I consider to be, iron dry clothes, is not really what I expected. Dryer tells me to empty condenser tray, but after 8 full uses, absolutely no condensate produced ! Very disappointed, and will be returning dryer for refund. Will be going back to condenser dryer.

Beko DPHR8PB561W 8Kg Heat Pump Tumble Dryer

The beko DPHR8PB561W is a decent tumble dryer with a big drum, it’s a bit early to tell how energy efficient it is as only had it a week. Cotton extra dry function seems to be the best as others sometimes need an extra cycle. It’s very quiet and the light inside the drum is a nice touch, easy to remove fluff and water

Does what it says on the description

Good product, works well and very efficient. I would be happy to recommend

Beko Heat Pump Tumble Dryer A+++

Very good tumble dryer. It is showing to be energy saving so far. It is very quiet and the clothes have come out beautifully dry. Best purchase to date.

Good enough

Works well enough, although it would be good to just have basic low , medium, and high settings as per the labels on clothes, rather than all the different types of cycles. Cleaning the filters is also quite labour intensive and needs to be done every time.

Very good dryer with all features and efficiency of much more expensive dryers

Only had for 2 weeks but so far very pleased. It’s quiet, easy to use and the drain hose means there’s no collected water tank to empty. Should be super efficient too but not had it long enough to judge. Only downsides are that if you rely on the sensor for drying time the clothes don’t come out quite dry enough so always need to set the bias to dry a bit longer. Also the door to the chamber and the control dial stick out quite far so it is quite a deep dryer. Overall seems to have all the features, efficiency and easy of use of much more expensive dryers at a lower cost and with the added benefit of the drain hose there’s less maintenance. Just hope it lasts as long too

Looks very stylish, good so far.

Looks very stylish, only just started using it but good so far. Lost a star as the drain pipe supplied isn't the same standard size as a washing machine or dishwasher so I couldn't fit it under my sink to the standard appliance fitting.

Satisfied so far but I’ve only had it for a week

I’ve tried to test different programs but it’s early days. Towels come up nice and fluffy and dry. The synthetics cupboard dry program still leaves the clothing damp around the seams. Socks get caught up on the edge of the filter. However I’m still glad I bought it!
