Seems a good tumble dryer

4/5
Basically plug in, switch on and you are ready to go with this. Was leaving a few smaller items a little damp, so we use it on the dry+ settling. Easy to empty water container, it's in a drawer where you'd usually put the soap in a washing machine . Just pull it out and tip it into the sink. Loses a point because it comes with a door that opens from left to right. The door is meant to be reversible, but rather than having a simple swap all the screws over mechanism, there's a convoluted situation where you have to take some screws out, press down a button inside then push on the rim of the door. Then take off the front perspex, then move things around and take out a ton of screws. At least I think you have to do. I'm pretty handy and good at following instructions (I've built PCs for a hobby for example) but I cannot for the life on me work out what the diagrams are showing when you push the rim of the door. Nothing moves. The whole system is badly designed and the diagrams are not decipherable. Appalling. Nothing on the internet to assist either. I've emailed Beko for clearer instructions but at the moment I haven't heard back and am stuck with a door that opens left to right.

This has saved me from a mountain of laundry

4/5
This is very easy to use. It dries the clothes very well, apart from when I put too much or, strangely but I've heard it's common, too little in it. The child lock feature is handy but sometimes doesn't set properly even though it's registered that I held the correct buttons down for 3 seconds. I have learnt to listen out for the beep that means it's set, and often I have to hold the buttons down again. I like that this type of tumble dryer is gentler on the clothes - another reason why they are more environmentally friendly. I'm very glad I bought this. I was really struggling with the sheer quantity of laundry we had, and now it's back to a manageable amount. It means that we no longer have wet laundry hanging around the house, so the place feels warmer, and is in a better condition as its less damp.

Works well

The product works well and as expected. We’ve only used it a few times so far and still getting use to it and understanding the instructions but this will come. Would recommend it so far.

A great replacement for our old work horse.

4/5
We bought this to replace our eight year old Zanussi, which had seen us through the difficult years of young children. Having read other reviews I was concerned about how loud the machine would be, but compared to our previous model it is almost silent running. The double fluff filter is excellent and very sturdy and my only reason for not giving it 5 stars is the fact the water retainer is smaller than I expected and needs emptying on a more regular basis.

Delivery communication was great, which for me is essential. Updates regularly on progress of delivery truck. Brilliant. Tumble dryer seems good. Lots of functions. Essential with heat pump dryers to sort clothes properly. Longer drying times is irrelevant really as they’re not that much longer and clothes certainly smell and feel better than a conventional tumble. Getting fed up with manufacturers and their 1 year guarantee. Are products that rubbish that you can only guarantee they’ll work for a year. throw away society. Poor show.

Beko heat pump dryer

My main grouse was getting it to turn on - this is not intuitive. But it was reasonable quiet and efficient. The price was excellent for this type of dryer.

A great alternative to condensers and vented

4/5
Noisy: I wouldn't recommend using this on a floor that isn't solid, however does dry better than any condenser dryer I've ever encountered and the 'shuts off when it's dry' feature works pretty well. A good machine if you don't have ability to fit in a vented machine and don't want to risk a condenser. So far pleased (ish) but only been using for a week.

Amazing all round!

5/5
This product looks amazing as well performs perfectly. The light inside the dryer makes it feel that bit more stylish! The filter is really easy to empty and the water tank is simple to access and empty. The sensor means the drying cycle often takes around half the original time which is brilliant. So far nothing bad to say at all!
