Excellent product. It is quiet and dries the clothes in the time if the programme. I have owned beko dryers in the past and when i go to check the clothes sometimes they are still a bit wet so i have to put the dryer back on for bit. This dryer has not given me that problem no matter how heavy the load is! I am very very impressed with this. I have 3 kids and a machanic husband so as you can imagine i have a decent load of washing to do every few days and this dryer has no problem keeping up.

Doesn’t work, however Beko are sending an engineer who can hopefully fix it.

Dries clothes really quickly compared to my old machine and very straightforward to use. Love the fact the dial has typed of clothes/materials so you know what to set it at.

As a dryer virgin I'm so delighted with this great product. It's quiet and has great settings. My favorite is the refresh and of course the towel drying, fluffy and soft at last.

Pros- if like me your clothes are permanently stained with your tears of desperation as you work tirelessly through a never ending pile of school uniforms, work clothes, football and gym kits, then this dryer is for you! Multiple functions means you can dry almost anything. It’s quick, it fits loads in and it cleverly knows when your washing is perfectly dry, depending if you want iron, hang or cupboard dry. Cons- if like me you have neither the time nor the inclination to polish your tumble dryer, then gloss black may not be the colour choice for you . It shows up every bit of dust. However, we’ve stuck ours in a cupboard so all is well. Speaking of cupboards, if like us you’ve tried to fit it into a pre-existing kitchen cupboard then bear in mind that this is a top emptying water tank so you may need to measure for this in terms of integrated doors as we have to remove our door to empty the tank. Not the fault of AO or Beko I must add. Anyway, removal of doors aside, it’s a smart dryer for a good price, and we’re happy!

Used Beko Tumble Dryer once then wouldn't work again. Beko sent out the wrong engineer who said it's wasn't there product. Beko after sales are appalling. Another week wasted for the correct Engineer to come out and tell me the control panel is broken. In the mean time contacted AO who have been amazing and have dealt with the problem very professionally. I am now waiting on the delivery of another Tumble Dryer of a different make. And they will take the Beko one away.
