Used Beko Tumble Dryer once then wouldn't work again. Beko sent out the wrong engineer who said it's wasn't there product. Beko after sales are appalling. Another week wasted for the correct Engineer to come out and tell me the control panel is broken. In the mean time contacted AO who have been amazing and have dealt with the problem very professionally. I am now waiting on the delivery of another Tumble Dryer of a different make. And they will take the Beko one away.

A week or so in, and so far, so good. I'm still getting used to the settings and which is best to use. I particularly like the option of the 10 mins and 30 minutes setting, and I've used the refresh option too. The controls are straightforward. It has a big drum and door plus the overall look is sleek with it being black. The noise level is pretty average for a dryer. I found the drawer a bit stiff to open and a plasticky feel so I'm hoping it's not going to get damaged over time. I did use one of the longer settings and found the clothes were still wet and the cycle had finished. Not sure why that happened, and it would be annoying if I wasn't around to reset the program again. Will try again and update any results. Overall I'm pleased with the price, appearance, ease of use and quality of the Beko 8kg dryer.
