Used Beko Tumble Dryer once then wouldn't work again. Beko sent out the wrong engineer who said it's wasn't there product. Beko after sales are appalling. Another week wasted for the correct Engineer to come out and tell me the control panel is broken. In the mean time contacted AO who have been amazing and have dealt with the problem very professionally. I am now waiting on the delivery of another Tumble Dryer of a different make. And they will take the Beko one away.

Doesn’t work, however Beko are sending an engineer who can hopefully fix it.

I really don’t like this at all, it has no reverse tumble and my bedding comes out in knots with the centre still wet, I should have checked, also I only just recently noticed that I could have returned it within 30 days, even though I’d used it.. I’m thinking of replacing it, even though it’s less than a year old, so annoying

Dryer works well apart from it's leaking from condenser at bottom. The seals look ok. So waiting on engineer from beko to come and look. No weekend availability, and have to wait 2/3 weeks for appointment.

This is a neat dryer perfect for two . my previous Biko dryer seemed sturdier than this one though as the door seems quite flimsy The time/ setting are different also which has taken some getting used to .

Good dryer however very “plastic” looking and also quite noisy.

Just replaced my old trusted Becko tumble dryer for 7years with this new model. On 1st looks it's better than my old one as it now has a dial you can actually see what it's set on! and seems a bit more quieter. However the plastic feels a lot cheaper than the old one and the inside door handle feels very sharp when you open it. The outside handle I would only use to close as if you use to open it feels like it could snap. Plus the water tank handle feels so flimsy to open compared to the old one. I honestly can't see it lasting that long before coming apart. All in all, I was a Becko fan but it now feels cheap, flimsy and nasty. I'll look for a different brand in future.

It's a good product but the programs are a bit hit and miss, and the manual doesn't help either. I'm never quite sure when the drying process is actually finished. But when I get the right one, it's great!
