Works really well. Very cheap to run compared to my old condenser dryer. Quiet, and easy to use. I found the WiFi connection isn't that easy to set up. Overall I'm very happy with the dryer.

Incredible purchase. Got for a decent energy rating even on the old scale, and the heat pump internals and its very cost effective and efficient at what it does. Super happy with it sitting next to the black samsung washing machine we have.

Getting used to it. Seems to do the job but a different concept in drying for me. Currently using it not plumbed in to anywhere as no suitable pipework nearby. It only has adjustment on front 2 feet for levelling if, like mine, there is a dip in the corner where it was going. Not explored its capabilities fully yet but will see if there is any difference on power usage on my next bill. No details on 5 year warranty as advertised at AO supplied with item though I have bought the additional insurance

This machine was an upgrade to my existing Samsung which finally broke . This machine is an excellent upgrade the choice of drying is brilliant and Samsung never fails to impress year after year . Recommend to anyone thinking of buying one , although a bit expensive, definitely worth it .

Should have changed our tumble dryer years ago this is a great product half the time to dry our washing and 50% less electricity used
