Delivery and communication throughout the buying process was first class. Only had the dryer a week but it’s already done plenty of work and dries clothes well and quickly. Really smart looking unit too. Very happy with it

I was really put off when reading these heat pump tumble driers as they all say it takes longer to dry, which in turns seems to mean that it uses more energy. However, I genuinely think that in comparison to my previous dryer which was 6 years old this one outperforms it every time and is the most efficient from an energy perspective. I’ve gone from seriously worried to an advocate in the space of a single tumble dry! No hesitation in buying this heat pump type or the brand it’s absolutely superb.

Quiet, tech filled and energy efficient. Costly though.

This is a great product, my previous one was hotpoint condenser dryer and when working my utility would turn humid, this one from Samsung is great, dont feel any humidity, comparatively quieter and works very well in much lesser time. Great product!
