New house necessitated new tumble dryer. Didn't want to make holes in the wall so chose the more modern heat pump version. Very pleased with my purchase. It is surprisingly economical to run, quiet, and the choice of programmes work well. Yes it takes a bit longer to dry a load but not unreasonably so. The programmes show the maximum drying time at the start but the sensor adjusts this as the load progresses so don't be put off by the estimated load time initially. Great product, suits our needs perfectly.

Excellent product. Yes, it may take a bit longer than a regular drier, but it is SO much cheaper. Clothes seem to come out in much better condition than my old vented dryer. And, using the Hygiene Care mode on my gym kit is absolutely game-changing! Highly recommended.

Wow. What can I say. Best investment I have made so far. It is so quiet, easy to use and the cost of drying clothes has gone down considerably. We'll worth the buy. Very happy indeed. Highly recommend this product to others.

In less than 28 days the dryer starting making a loud knocking/thumping sounds, I would NOT recommend this machine for the price. I would however highly recommend AO - their customer service team (particularly Libby and Vicky) are AMAZING and super helpful and helped resolve my dryer issue by replacing the product. I have the matching washing machine as well and it has had endless issues so I would not recommend these Samsung products at all, but of course this has nothing to do with AO.

This heat pump tumble drier is far quieter than my old drier,it easily connects to the WiFi and to its matching washing machine,they communicate wash loads easily and the clothes come out lovely and soft with no static shock.

So far, I’m very impressed with this. Just had it for a week; it arrived on next day delivery and was installed by two very friendly, professional guys. It’s extremely quiet and has so far always finished well before the initial stated time, which is easy to follow with the app. The energy used is a fraction of what my old tumble drier went through, at this rate it will pay for itself easily.
