This is the first time I have purchased a heat pump dryer, have usually gone for a vented or condenser but can say its the best tumble dryer I have owned. If you read the instructions it is so easy to use and I would certainly recommend this product

The heat pump dryer has now been tried out several times, it works as efficient as the details explained in the booklet. The programming on the front of the unit is self explanatory for the drying programs. overall very pleased with the dryer.

Seems great so far

Great dryer, over the moon with it. Way better than expected! Drying times much quicker than expected, easy to use and even has a handy light to see if you’ve left any washing inside. Comes with a drain hose to connect to the dryer to the mains drainage to save emptying the drawer, great idea though you need to get a rubber washer for the sink end of the hose to prevent leaks.

Simplicity at its best, self explanatory, simple to use with a huge capacity.

Superb Tumble dryer. We replaced our 7 year old beko condenser dryer with the Samsung heat pump. Machine is fairly quiet, quieter than the previous one for sure. I have been looking for a while on different models and makes, then once in a holiday cottage, the owners had this exact model so we were able to "test drive" it for a week. That made our mind. Had it for a month now, and see the difference in clothes and most importantly bills. Thanks AO for rapid delivery and great service too.
