We are really pleased with, want sure as had read heat pump dryers take longer, but it’s handling the laundry so much better than our old AEG Lavatherm

It drys well and is fairly quiet however the product is not wifi enabled

Great product so far, very pleased with functions.

The tumble dryer is very smart looking, and even smarter when it comes to its functionality. It dries the clothes perfectly. Not too loud. Does not vibrate excessively, evenly balanced. I haven't tried the wi-fi function, as I don't think it's really needed for a tumble dryer (you still need to manually transfer clothes from the washing machine to the tumble dryer, no matter how good your wi-fi is. ha!). I like the lights and sounds it makes (you an turn off the sound if you wish). Easy to dispose the water collected in the container. Overall, this product does the job very well. It did not come with a rack to dry your shoes, so that's something I miss having.

Love this. So easy to use, gets the laundry dry without stripping it of it's colour and no static.

Great efficient tumble dryer, hopefully it'll save costs in the long run. Does take a bit of time to get things dry but doesn't bother us too much. Good selection of programs, some of which adapt to the load and "wetness" level, adjusting the drying time accordingly. Just remember to clean the filter after each batch (held in the door) and empty the water (just pull out the "detergent" drawer; can also be rigged to drain through supplied hose if suitable drain point is available). Also has a handy light inside the roomy drum. Looks very similar to much of the rest of the Samsung range, so matched our washing machine. Hopefully this will last us a few years!
